IN.HOMES provides property advertisements and an enquiry contact mechanism. We do not guarantee availability, ownership, legal title, pricing, construction approvals or the accuracy of user-provided information. Customers must conduct independent verification and due diligence.

Information collected

Account name, email address, password hash, property information, images, and details provided in enquiry forms. When you submit an enquiry, your contact information and message are shared with the advertiser for the property you contact.

User responsibilities

Advertisers must have authority to advertise and comply with applicable law, including RERA where relevant. Listings may be reviewed, rejected or removed.
